First, on Saturday morning, I competed in my first ever actual race complete with sponsors and hundreds of participants and everything.  It was the Purity Moosic City 5k. The last time I weighed that low was probably 1999 or 2000.  I got up to over 230 lbs. in 2001, and then lost down to around 200 lbs. in 2002.  I got back up to 220 or so by 2004, and lost back down to 199 in (I think) 2005.
